The winners will be announced to the public at the Future of Impact Forum on December 3, 2024.
We're opening the door to unsolicited applications and co-optations to identify the young talent who will be joining the HUB35 Sustainable list. So don't wait any longer and let us know about the high-potential profiles around you! We'll tell you all about it.

This year's patron is Frédéric Mazzella, French entrepreneur and engineer, founder of BlaBlaCar, the car-sharing platform that connects drivers and passengers for long-distance travel. Committed to entrepreneurship and innovation, he has received several awards for his contribution to the digital economy.

WHAT ARE THE APPLICATION CRITERIA? 

  • Be 35 years of age or younger and work in a company with more than 250 employees Be a specialist in CSR, sustainable innovation and the quest for positive impact 
  • Be committed to finding sustainable solutions to meet the challenges of today and tomorrow. 


WHY APPLY?

The 35 professionals selected will : 

Be connected to an innovative ecosystem for 1 year, and share and exchange best practices at premium events bringing together professionals from a wide range of sectors. 

  • Benefit from promotion of their career paths and the projects they have led (announcement at the forum, on the HUB Institute website and networks, and in the mainstream media). 
  • Join a closed, premium WhatsApp group of 35 young CSR talents, who will be able to communicate daily on their needs and challenges. 
  • Access to 5 targeted meetings on the theme of Impact, offering unique networking and professional development opportunities. 

The selection jury, made up of members of the HUB Institute editorial team and representatives of the event's partners, will meet on November 29 to select the 35 young talents. The winners will be announced at the event.
